The fee schedule, settlement, the payout floor and cadence, the payout account, and what the earnings page shows.

This page owns every money number in the developer program. It applies to paid apps and themes alike and is read together with the developer terms.
Fee schedule#

The tier is computed on the USD equivalent of each entry at the time it is recorded. Refunds restore the exemption headroom they consumed; refunded revenue never permanently burns your tier.
Settlement#
Merchants pay for apps and themes through manual settlement confirmed by Dukkan. No revenue is recorded for you before confirmation; on confirmation two entries land in the revenue ledger: your share (charge_developer_share) and the platform fee (platform_fee). Prices are frozen in the published submission snapshot; see Publish an app and Publish a theme.
Refunds#
When a merchant is refunded, reversal entries are written (refund_reversal and refund_reversal_fee) and their license is detached. If the balance was already paid out to you, your balance goes negative and carries forward against future earnings. For themes, refund requests are handled by Dukkan finance under the Developer Terms.
Payouts#

Payout states: requested, then transferred (with a reference and transfer date), or cancelled. A transferred amount is deducted from the balance of the same currency.
Payout account#
From the Earnings page (owner or admin, with a sign-in within the last 15 minutes) set:

Who changed the account and when is recorded. No payout happens before the account is set, even when the balance is above the floor.
What the earnings page shows#
- Balance per currency: accrued minus paid out.
- Exemption progress: how much of the USD 50,000 tier you have used.
- Entries: the latest 500 entries of the append-only ledger, with kind, amount, currency, USD equivalent, exchange-rate snapshot and source, and the charge id for reconciliation.
- Payouts: date, reference and status.
All numbers are integers in minor units as described in Money in minor units.
Invoices and taxes#
You are responsible for reporting your earnings for tax in your country. Dukkan does not issue invoices to merchants on your behalf; Dukkan's settlements with you are documented by the ledger entries and payout references.
